Birthdays, 18ths and 21sts
This is where the Q6 Max shines, because the birthday itself becomes the first set of photos. Give it at the start of the night rather than the end. By midnight it has been passed around the whole party, and the next morning there is a full set of flash-lit photos nobody had to pose for.
For an 18th or 21st, we think Pink or Pearl feel the most like a present. If you are not sure of their taste, Black is the safe choice.

When to order for Christmas: orders are processed in 1 to 3 business days, then free tracked shipping usually takes 8 to 10 business days within Australia, or an estimated 5 to 8 business days with Priority at checkout. December is the busiest time of year for couriers and delays can happen, so we suggest ordering by late November with free shipping, or by the first week of December with Priority. These are estimates, not guarantees, so earlier is always safer.

Should you wait for Black Friday?
We have not announced anything for Black Friday, so we cannot tell you what, if anything, will be on offer. What we can tell you is how the timing works. Black Friday falls in late November, right as courier networks head into their busiest weeks before Christmas. If the gift has a date attached to it, a birthday or Christmas morning, ordering with plenty of time to spare is the safer bet.

Questions we get asked
What if they do not like the colour?
Unused cameras in their original packaging can be returned within 60 days for a change of mind under our refund policy, with return postage paid by you. Every DayRoll camera also comes with a complimentary 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects. Australian Consumer Law rights apply on top of that.
Is it hard to set up?
No. Charge the battery, turn it on and shoot. The card is already inside.
Can they get the photos onto their phone?
Yes. The Q6 Max transfers photos wirelessly to a phone, tablet or laptop, or the SD card can be copied across.
