🇳🇿 New Zealand — Free standard shipping (6–10 business days) · Priority $11.99 NZ (5–8 business days)

🇺🇸 United States — Free standard shipping (6–10 business days) · Priority $6.99 USD (5–8 business days)

🇨🇦 Canada — Free standard shipping (6–11 business days) · Priority $6.99 USD (5–9 business days)

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as your order has shipped.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Every order includes tracking. Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking link so you can follow your package in real time.

DELAYS

While we do our best to meet estimated delivery times, occasional delays can occur due to carrier issues, weather events, or peak periods. If your order has not arrived within 12 business days of your shipping confirmation, contact us at support@dayroll.co and we will investigate immediately.

LOST OR MISSING PACKAGES

If your tracking shows as delivered but you have not received your package, please email us at support@dayroll.co within 7 days of the marked delivery date and we will make it right.
