OVERVIEW

These Terms of Service govern your use of dayroll.co and your purchase of products from DayRoll. By placing an order, you agree to these terms in full.

1. PRODUCTS

All DayRoll cameras are intended for personal, non-commercial use. We reserve the right to limit quantities and to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion.

Product images are for illustration purposes. Colours and finishes may vary slightly from what is shown on screen due to display differences.

2. PRICING AND PAYMENT

All prices are listed in Australian dollars (AUD) for Australian customers and New Zealand dollars (NZD) for New Zealand customers, as displayed at checkout. Prices are subject to change without notice.

For Australian customers: prices displayed include GST where applicable, as required by Australian law.

We accept all major credit and debit cards and other payment methods shown at checkout.

3. ORDERS AND CANCELLATIONS

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement by emailing support@dayroll.co with your order number. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and must go through our return process instead.

4. CONSUMER GUARANTEES

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any consumer guarantees, rights, or remedies you have under the Australian Consumer Law or the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 (New Zealand) that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded. Where we are permitted to limit our liability, we limit it to the cost of resupplying the relevant goods.

5. SHIPPING

We offer free tracked shipping on all orders to Australia and New Zealand. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and are estimates only. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events outside our control.

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on dayroll.co — including text, images, logos, and product designs — is the property of DayRoll and may not be reproduced or used without our prior written permission.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the extent permitted by law, DayRoll's total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for your order. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use of our products or website, except where such loss is caused by our negligence or breach of a consumer guarantee under applicable law.

8. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria, Australia.

9. CHANGES TO TERMS

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. The current version will always be available at dayroll.co. Continued use of the website following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
