What makes DayRoll different?
DayRoll is proudly Australian owned and operated. We design and support every camera from Australia, backed by a local team. A standalone retro pocket camera with 15 built-in filters, no phone, no app, no editing. Just grainy, early 2000s photos straight out of the camera.
Why do the photos look grainy and not razor sharp?
Because that is what the camera is for. DayRoll shoots like a 2000s point and shoot: a small sensor and no computational processing running behind the scenes. You get early 2000s colour, visible grain, that soft low fi, slightly pixelated early 2000s look, and the occasional imperfect frame. Your phone removes all of that. DayRoll keeps it, because that is the look people are after.
Do I need my phone or an app to use it?
No. DayRoll is a standalone camera. Point and shoot, no phone required.
What if I change my mind?
You have 60 days from the day your order arrives. Email support@dayroll.co with your order number, we send you the return address, and once the camera is back with us unused and in its original packaging we refund you to your original payment method within 10 business days. There is no restocking fee and nothing else is deducted. Return postage on a change-of-mind return is at your cost. Full details are in our returns policy.
What if the camera is faulty or not what I ordered?
Different path, and it is on us. Email support@dayroll.co with your order number and a photo. We cover the return postage and make it right. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, and the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act where it applies, sit on top of the 60-day change-of-mind window and are not limited by it.
How long does delivery take?
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Once shipped, you will receive a tracking link by email. We ship to Australia, New Zealand, the United States and Canada. Standard shipping is free on all orders.
